Pay Scale for the ITBPF Recruitment 2024
As per the 7th CPC, the aforementioned Job openings for the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force offer Level-3 Pay. The Pay Matrix is Rs 21,700-69,100 which is a decent pay scale for a sustainable life.

Eligibility Criteria For the ITBPF Recruitment 2024
The minimum educational and other essential qualifications for the post of Constable (Cobbler/Tailor) in The Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force Recruitment 2024 are as follows:
- 10th Class pass from a recognized Board
- Two years of work experience in the respective trade (Tailor/Cobbler)
- One year Certificate from Industrial Training Institute/Vocational Institute with at least one year experience in the trade
or - Two years Diploma from Industrial Training Institute from the Trade
Age Limit for the ITBPF Recruitment 2024
Candidates before applying for the job openings must ensure that they have attained the age of 18 years and are not older than 23 years. Candidates should not have been born earlier than 19th August 2001 and must not be born later than 18th August 2001.
The cut-off date for determining the age limit will be 18th August 2024 which is the closing date of this job application process.
Selection Process for the ITBPF Recruitment 2024
The Selection process for recruitment will be done by conducting an examination for the Physical Efficiency test (PET) and Physical standard test (PST). Admit Cards will be issued online mentioning all the important details like the venue and timing of the examination. Candidates will be required to bring the printout of the issued admit cards to their examination venue.
Candidates who qualify in the Physical Efficiency Test shall be eligible for the second phase of the examination which shall be in written format. The written examination shall carry 50 marks having objective type multiple choice questions.
The minimum cut-off percentage of marks required to qualify for the written test is 18 for all other categories and 17 for the candidates belonging to the SC/ST category.
Those who qualify in the written examination will be called to appear in the Trade Test of Phase 3. This trade test shall carry 50 marks and the passing cut-off percentage for the same shall be 50 percent for all the categories. The next Phase shall include the verification of original documents and detailed medical testing.
Candidates may note that there will be no negative marking. Further, there is no provision for re-evaluation of the written test.
