CTCD Recruitment 2024: The Central Tax and Customs Department, Hyderabad Zone 2024 has invited applications for the recruitment of meritorious sportspersons in a total of 65 sports disciplines as mentioned by the DoP&T. The Central Tax and Customs Department will conduct field trials to check the fitness levels and performance of the candidates. The selected candidates will be on probation for 2 years.

Age Limit
The candidate applying for the Job openings should be between 18 and 27 years of age. The date for determining the age limit is 19th August 2024. OBC Candidates shall be given age relaxation up to 3 years and SC/ST Candidates shall be given an age relaxation up to 5 years.
Further, Persons with exceptional achievements in Sports who fulfill all other eligibility conditions with the necessary certificate shall be given age relaxation for this government job opening for up to 5 years. SC/ST candidates within the same category shall be entitled to 10 years of age Relaxation.
Essential Qualifications

Selection Procedure
The applications will be scrutinised and candidates will be shortlisted for further selection process. The eligible candidates will have to appear in the field test in the relevant Sports discipline. On passing the field test, they will be called to appear for a written exam.
The field trials and the written exam will be held in Hyderabad.
