Education Qualification & Eligibility Criteria
Additional General Manager (AGM):

- Experience: Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field, with significant exposure to project management and renewable energy sectors.
Deputy General Manager (DGM):
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Energy) or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience: At least 12 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a managerial capacity in renewable energy or infrastructure projects.
Manager (Contracts & Procurement):
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain Management or Materials Management.
- Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in contracts management, procurement, and supply chain in the energy sector.
Deputy Manager:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil) or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, contracts, or procurement, with a focus on renewable energy projects.
Senior Engineers:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Energy).
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the relevant field, particularly in project execution, monitoring, and maintenance.
Executive Assistant:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with proficiency in office management and administrative tasks.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a government or public sector organization.
Age Limit
If we talk about age limit, then age limit is different for different posts in which maximum age limit for Executive Assistant post is 30 years whereas maximum age limit for Additional General Manager is 56 years.
