- System Manager (L-11): First class M.E./M.Tech. in Computer Science/IT or equivalent with 5 years of relevant experience, or B.E./B.Tech. with 8 years of experience, or MCA/M.Sc. with 8 years of experience.
- Assistant Registrar (Accounts) (L-10): Master’s Degree with 55% marks and 3 years of relevant experience.
- Workshop Superintendent (L-10, Mech. Engg.): Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in relevant Engineering subject with 2 years of experience.
- Programmer (L-10): First class M.E./M.Tech. or B.E./B.Tech. with 2 years of experience, or MCA/ M.Sc. with 3 years of experience.
- Commercial Artist (L-5): Bachelor of Fine Arts or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Stenographer (L-4): Bachelor’s Degree, proficiency in stenography with 80 wpm, and typing with 3530 wpm.
