LPAI Recruitment 2024: In New Delhi, the Land Ports Authority of India (LPAI) is hiring for 31 positions, including those of Director, Under Secretary, Assistant, Cashier, Grade-D Stenographer, and Others. There will be deputation-based openings for that position.

Eligibility criteria for the posts of Group ‘A’ to be filled up by Deputation and for Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ on
deputation and on short term contract basis in LPAI.
- Director: Officers must be from Central/ State Govt or Statutory/Autonomous bodies, holding equivalent posts in pay level 12 or above with 3 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Under Secretary: Candidates should be from Central/State Govt or Statutory/ Autonomous bodies, holding similar posts in Pay Level 10 or above with 5 years of relevant experience.
- Executive Engineer: Officers should be Central/ State Govt or Statutory/ Autonomous bodies, holding similar posts or Assistant Executive Engineers in Pay Level 10 with 4 years of service, with 5 years of experience in Civil/Electrical Engineering.
- Section Officer: Candidates must be from Central/ State Govt or Statutory/ Autonomous bodies, holding similar posts in Pay Level 6 or above with 3 years of relevant experience.
- Private Secretary: Officers should be from Central/State Government or Statutory/ Autonomous bodies, holding similar posts in Pay Level 6 or above with 5 years of experience as Private Secretary.
- Assistant: Candidates must be from Central/State Govt or Statutory/Autonomous bodies, having 6 years of service in a similar post in pay level 5 with 3 years of administrative experience.
- Personal Assistant: Officers should be from Central/State Govt or Statutory/Autonomous bodies, having 5 years experience as Steno Grade-D in Pay Level 5 with an equivalent post or 6 years service.
- Junior Engineer (Civil and Electrical): Candidates must belong to Central/ State Govt or Statutory/ Autonomous bodies, equivalent post in pay level 5 with 3 years experience in Civil/ Electrical Engineering or 5 years service.
- Sr. Accountant: Officers should be from Central/State Government or Statutory/ Autonomous bodies, holding similar posts or having 6 years of service in pay level 5, with 5 years of experience in accounts.
- Accountant: Candidates must belong to Central/State Govt or Statutory/ Autonomous bodies, hold similar posts, or have 5 years of service in Pay Level 4, with 3 years experience in Accounts/Finance.
- Cashier: Officers should be from Central/ State Govt or Statutory/ Autonomous bodies, holding equivalent posts in Pay Level 1 with 3 years experience in cash/ accounts management or 3 years service.
- Stenographer Grade-D: Candidates must belong to the Central/State Government or Statutory/ Autonomous bodies, hold similar posts, or have 6 years of service in pay level 4, with 5 years of experience in secretarial practice.
